Accounts Payable Account

Roles & Responsibilities :

  1. Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
  2. Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts, investigating discrepancies as needed.
  3. Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice-related queries.
  4. Prepare and perform weekly or monthly payment runs while adhering to payment terms.
  5. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Job Description :

The Accounts Payable Accountant will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. Key responsibilities include processing invoices, verifying documentation, resolving discrepancies, initiating payments, and assisting with month-end closing procedures.

Eligibility Criteria :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or Accountant.
  3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
  5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

Salary :

AED 3000-7000 per month
